PROLAB is searching for a driven Sales Representative to develop the Alberta territory. This hybrid role uniquely combines direct B2B selling and distribution channel management.
In this position, you will leverage at least five years of sales experience to cultivate relationships with key distributors while identifying new B2B opportunities.
Your role will include managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, alongside training partners on product application.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors' sales teams
• Drive product sell-through and adoption
• Identify and pursue direct B2B opportunities
• Manage sales cycles from initial contact to closing
• Execute strategies to enhance territory performance
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in B2B or distribution sales
• Proven ability to drive business growth
• Strong skills in relationship building and closing deals
• Structured, autonomous, and results-focused mindset
• Proactive and adaptable to challenges
