Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues with Caterpillar equipment

• Ensure high-quality repairs meeting time standards

• Adhere to environmental and health safety guidelines

• Develop trusted relationships with clients during site visits

• Participate actively in continuous safety programs

Requirements:

• Must have a valid 421A Heavy Equipment Technician License

• 1-3 years of experience servicing heavy equipment

• Red Seal truck and transport certification is preferred

• Familiar with Caterpillar systems (ET, SIS)

• Excellent technical and communication skills
