Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Senior Accountant to join a growing finance team. This role will play a key part in financial reporting, month‑end close, and supporting FP&A initiatives. Ideal candidates bring strong technical accounting skills, advanced Excel expertise, and a proactive mindset.

• Prepare and review journal entries in accordance with accounting standards
• Lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (FP&A)
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Excel
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles
• Hands‑on experience with month‑end close, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Experience partnering with FP&A teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle)
• Experience in a fast‑paced or high‑growth environment
