Invoicing Specialist

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Invoicing Specialist to support operations
. This role is responsible for preparing and issuing accurate customer invoices, verifying billing information, and ensuring compliance with contract terms and company policies. The position is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday
, at our Bridgewater, NJ location.

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Review contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements to ensure proper billing terms and rates.
• Address and resolve any discrepancies in billing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and billing activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and contribute to efficiency initiatives.
• Leverage technology.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent college graduates encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in the Microsoft Suite, with strong Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.

• Salary $70K-$75K annually
