• Keying invoices and SAP uploads for documents received through electronic signatures.
• Verify new vendor and bank detail setups for ACH maintenance by contacting vendors.
• Navigate vendor systems for non-PO invoices and inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment issues.

• 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance role.
• High School Diploma or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
