Beacon Hill is working with a growing organization in the Bridgewater area that is seeking an Accounting Manager to join its finance team. This individual will serve as a key contributor, partnering closely with senior leadership while overseeing day‑to‑day accounting operations and driving process improvements. This is a highly visible role offering a blend of operational accounting and strategic involvement.

• Lead core accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash management.
• Own the month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Coordinate audits and support tax compliance activities.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and strengthen internal controls.
• Oversee capital‑related financial activity, including project tracking and related reporting.
• Manage ERP system reporting tools and dashboards to enhance financial visibility.
• Partner cross‑functionally to monitor performance, manage costs, and support operational initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Active CPA required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong background in budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
