CNT a metals wholesaler, manufacturing and distribution company, is seeking a part-time highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the Owner. This position plays a key role in coordinating travel, managing events, supporting customer relations, and handling a variety of administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Dutiesand responsibilities
- Coordinate and book hotel accommodations, flights, transportation, and restaurant reservations.
- Arrange travel for internal team members, customers, vendors, and external guests.
- Assist with customer and client vetting, including background research and gathering relevant information.
- Plan and coordinate company events, customer meetings, luncheons, and special events.
- Organize meeting logistics, agendas, and reservations.
- Maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments.
- Assist with correspondence, communications, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate catering and hospitality arrangements for meetings and visitors.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed.
- Previous administrative assistant, executive assistant, or office support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and standard business software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
- Experience coordinating travel and events is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Professional experience working with confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to work in a multi-company, family-owned environment.
- Flexible to changes.
- Fluent in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Fluency in English, both written and oral.
