Job Summary Position SummaryThe Executive Assistant to the President, US Generics serves as a highly trusted partner, providing comprehensive executive support to the President of US Generics and the Chief Quality Officer. This role is responsible for managing complex administrative and operational activities in a fast-paced environment, including international travel coordination, executive communications, calendar management, presentation development, expense reporting, and executive meeting support.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate the needs of senior leaders. In addition to supporting executive leadership, this position provides administrative support to the Bridgewater site and collaborates closely with key stakeholders across the organization and global leadership.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support & Administration- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization of appointments for the President, US Generics.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, visas, accommodations, transportation, and travel-related materials.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage executive meetings, leadership events, conferences, and off-site engagements.
- Prepare and manage executive expense reports, including international currency conversions and reimbursement submissions.
- Screen and manage incoming communications, prioritizing correspondence and responding on behalf of executives as appropriate.
- Draft, edit, and distribute executive communications, divisional announcements, and leadership updates.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leaders.
- Proven experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Demonstrated expertise managing executive calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, including the ability to create polished executive and company-wide presentations.
- Experience preparing executive expense reports and managing administrative processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience supporting executive leadership within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or regulated industry sectors.
- Experience supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft 365 applications
