Review and process all title work accurately and in a timely manner for vehicle sales.
Maintain organized records of all titles and registration documents for both new and used vehicles.
Coordinate with the DMV and other state agencies to resolve any title issues or discrepancies.
Follow up with customers and lenders to collect missing documentation required for final title processing.
Prepare and submit state tax and title documents within the designated time frames.
Help our finance and sales teams maintain a smooth, efficient workflow for every vehicle delivery.
RequirementsAt least two years of experience in automotive title processing.
Strong proficiency in New Jersey DMV procedures and title transfer regulations.
Excellent attention to detail with an ability to manage high-volume paperwork accurately.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Experience using automotive dealership management software, such as CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds.
Reliable and clear communication skills for interacting with internal departments and customers.
