Job Title: Manager, Procurement Operations
OverviewThe Manager, Procurement Operations oversees procurement systems, processes, and a team of procurement professionals. This role partners closely with Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Compliance to ensure efficient supplier management, contract oversight, requisition-to-pay operations, and strong internal controls. The position supports strategic sourcing initiatives through spend analytics, reporting, and process optimization while ensuring compliance with company policies and SOX requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support global procurement operations systems, team training, and ongoing process improvements
- Oversee end-to-end procurement activities including requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and approvals
- Ensure procurement processes are documented, compliant, and consistently followed
- Develop and manage procurement analytics, metrics, dashboards, and spend reporting
- Perform supplier spend analysis, savings tracking, and sourcing pipeline prioritization
- Support supplier risk evaluation through reporting and documentation
- Partner with Finance, Legal, FP&A, and Accounting to optimize procurement, contract management, and reporting
- Maintain a strong internal control environment, including SOX compliance
- Prepare executive-level business and financial presentations
- Proactively identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Lead and mentor direct reports
- Support additional procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 7+ years of procurement operations experience
- 5+ years of experience with procurement systems, supplier analytics, and supplier management
- Experience supporting global or shared services environments preferred
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion or similar procurement platforms preferred
- Strong data analytics skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and across regions in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
