What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Plan, develop, and direct training programs for customer-facing professionals in Immunology
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure training programs align with marketing and sales strategies
  • Oversee the implementation and coordination of training programs for sales representatives
  • Assess training needs and capabilities for customer-facing teams to develop relevant training content
  • Manage the learning management system for compliance and certification requirements
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, education, marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a sales representative in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Minimum of 2 years as a Sales Training Manager
  • Significant exposure to sales, marketing, product management, and/or training functions
  • Strong skills in written and oral communication
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience as a Sales Training Manager
  • Knowledge of learning, training, testing, educational concepts, program design, and performance measurement
  • Superior project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong ability to lead without authority and coach for performance
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and run projects with minimal supervision
