Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager (Planning & Reporting), the Senior Financial Analyst is a high-impact contributor on the Nestlé Nutrition & Health Sales Finance team. This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Strategy, and Brand teams to turn complex sales and profitability data into clear insights that drive smarter decisions and stronger business performance.

The Senior Financial Analyst owns critical reporting, forecasting, and analysis across Gross Sales, Gross-to-Net investment, and Contribution Margin, while also helping evolve customer planning and profitability tools and processes. This is a highly visible role that combines advanced analytics, financial storytelling, and cross‑functional collaboration to influence strategy, improve forecast accuracy, and support sustainable, profitable growth.

This is a remote role with anticipated monthly travel to our corporate office in Bridgewater, NJ. Top consideration will be given to candidates local to our corporate office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish successful business partner relationships with Customer Finance, Sales, Strategy & Brand teams
  • Provide monthly Sales and Profitability actuals reporting to key stakeholders
  • Support and enhance the Sales business planning cycle alongside the Strategy team, driving consistency and standardization in the Sales/Trade planning and target setting processes
  • Maintain Customer Scorecards and other action‑oriented tools and KPIs to drive field effectiveness (i.e., Actuals/LE vs Target, Forecast Accuracy)
  • Lead periodic profitability reviews, analyzing customer mix and channel performance for several brands
  • Conduct detailed analyses on customer Sales and Margin performance, channel evolution, and mix impacts to provide meaningful insights to the US Sales and Brand leadership teams
  • Own and improve the monthly RIG-OG forecasting/actuals reporting processes for responsible businesses
  • Provide analytics and data gathering for various projects across the Nestle organization
  • Support period‑end close and other ad‑hoc assignments, as needed
  • Identify and implement sustainable process improvements that can be incorporated into ongoing standard work to drive quality improvements and greater team efficiency
  • Use SAP, BW, Oracle, XTEL TPM, Power

    BI, Excel Power Query to organize, update, and analyze data
  • Other duties as required.
Education/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business/Accounting required
  • 3‑5 years of Financial Planning & Analysis, Sales Finance, or other operational finance roles
Preferred Skills
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify areas of opportunity or risk, and effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner
