Job SummaryThe Director of Organization Development (OD) leads the OD team within the Org Effectiveness & Change center of excellence in HR. The role serves as an internal consultant and oversees or leads key strategic initiatives in partnership with business executives and HR Business Partners in organization analysis, organization design, operating model design, and team effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities- Serve as an enterprise thought leader on organizational development, staying up to date on industry trends and leveraging external networks to bring new solutions or enhance existing OD tools.
- Partner closely with senior leaders, Corporate Strategy, HRBPs, and Finance BPs to translate business strategy into effective organizational solutions.
- Lead assessments to identify organizational gaps and design customized interventions.
- Translate organizational goals into measurable org effectiveness interventions that drive sustained impact.
- Develop and oversee OE initiatives, including org analysis, org & role design, operating model design, strategy alignment and culture transformations.
- Design organizations and operating models for future success by creating and assessing options, facilitating participative processes to gain buy‑in, and planning transition to implementation.
- Serve as an internal OE consultant to senior teams; design and deliver leadership development sessions and strategic alignment workshops.
- Ensure all OD solutions are scalable, evidence‑based, and aligned with business priorities.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a small, high‑performing team of OD professionals.
- Align resources across the matrix within the OEC team to support high‑quality execution and team development.
- Set clear goals, establish accountability, and promote continuous growth and innovation within the team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, psychological safety, and high performance.
- Determine appropriate analysis techniques and lead completion of analyses to devise business unit structures or programs that increase organizational effectiveness.
- Synthesize complex concepts and data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Understand interdependencies within an organization and account for them in plans and recommendations.
- Manage a portfolio of projects, defining milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks, and ensuring on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
- Handle difficult conversations and resolve conflicting viewpoints constructively.
- Proactively solve challenges and mitigate risks.
- Set clear expectations with stakeholders and consistently deliver.
- Effectively collaborate with partners.
- Seek diverse perspectives to improve results.
- Communicate clearly and often.

- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Expert knowledge of organizational and cultural awareness.
- Expert ability to extract insights from data and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Expert ability to use facts, expertise, and persuasive techniques to influence others, particularly senior HR and business leaders.
- Expert ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects.
- Expert ability to adapt style and collaborate effectively in a dynamic matrix environment.
- Strong learning agility and business acumen.
- Proven track record managing organizational development projects in a global environment.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

SalaryRange
