Consultant - Commercial Strategy

In this role, you will help clients maximize the commercial value of their assets and portfolio while building excellence in the commercial organization. The consultant will conduct secondary research and work closely with project management to create high‑quality project materials and client deliverables.

• Support the overall cross‑functional management of projects, both at the client organization and internally at Syneos Health.
• Demonstrate proficiency in navigating the management consulting cycle: create deliverables, quality‑check work, review with project management/leadership, incorporate edits and feedback.
• Identify relevant secondary research data sources and recommend creative ideas based on data analysis, personal experience and industry best practice.
• Apply a strategic and systematic decision‑making approach to communicate data through text, graphics, images, and other media; contribute to the design and build of a compelling storyboard.
• Work with consulting and/or biopharmaceutical experience.
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and creatively on engagements.
• Develop relevant client deliverables autonomously.

• Graduate degree in business or life science.
• Experience in research and data analysis (e.g., sourcing, data processing, analysis, quality checking).
• Ability to travel.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $X to $Y. The range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
