Job Overview

The Associate Director, Pricing, Forecasting, and Contracting is responsible for leading pricing strategy, payer and channel contracting analytics, gross-to-net decision support, contract rebate bid modeling, and for supporting brand forecasting for Amneal's Specialty Medicine portfolio. This Market Access role serves as a strategic partner to customer‑facing Account Directors, Market Access leadership, Finance, Gross‑to‑Net Team, Commercial Operations and Analytics, and Sales to develop pricing and contracting strategies that optimize access, revenue, profitability, and long‑term brand performance.

This individual will report to the Senior Director, Pricing, Forecasting, and Contracting and support development of launch Wholesale Acquisition Cost (WAC) recommendations and annual price action analyses and will individually lead payer bid and contract modeling, and ongoing contract performance analysis for all branded specialty medicines. The role requires deep expertise in specialty pharmaceutical pricing and reimbursement dynamics, including AMP, ASP, 340B, URA, IRA implications, price protection, rebate economics, and government pricing sensitivity.

The individual must be able to translate complex data from plan‑level utilization sources, payer invoice detail, and third‑party market data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a highly strategic and fiercely analytical pricing leader with deep branded specialty experience, strong business judgment, and the ability to connect detailed quantitative analysis to broader portfolio, access, and brand strategy.

identify and communicate pricing and contracting risks associated with government reporting, reimbursement, and policy changes; help ensure analytics and recommendations are grounded in a practical understanding of operational feasibility, reporting requirements, and compliance constraints.
  • Lead development of short‑ and long‑term pricing strategies for in‑line and pipeline specialty brands; develop launch pricing recommendations, including establishment of WAC, scenario modeling, analog assessment, competitive benchmarking, and evaluation of access, reimbursement, and GTN implications; support annual price action analyses, including list price change recommendations, scenario assessment, financial impact…
