This position leads field enablement technology by owning the business requirements and governance for Veeva CRM and ACTO LMS, partnering cross‑functionally to deliver a capability roadmap, drive change management and user adoption, and support training and reporting for the Field Sales Force (including Payer and Medical teams).

Responsibilities:
  • Serves as a business owner and guides the business requirements for Veeva CRM and ACTO LMS supporting the Field Sales Force including Payer and Medical teams.
  • Leads the field enablement technology strategy and establishes a capability roadmap for field enablement, aligns BU’s and executes on the roadmap.
  • Act as key sponsor and contributor to the implementation of Veeva CRM and work toward a strategic and harmonized approach.
  • Establish and lead Veeva CRM Governance Council of cross‑functional director‑level meetings to negotiate and gain approval of the new capabilities, standardize process and prioritization.
  • Responsible for the requirements, use case development, solution approach, user acceptance testing (UAT), communication and change management plan for the field enablement projects, changes, issues, and resolution.
  • Partner with Learning and Development on the delivery of Field Force New Hire Training and other required training for sales technologies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with critical cross‑functional teams such as IT, Sales Operations, Sales Planning, Sample Ops, Field Reporting, Training, Analytics, Compliance, and Legal.
  • Provides support and works closely with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Program Management, Legal & Compliance, Segmentation & Targeting, Business Analytics, Master Data Management, Information Governance, Co‑Promoters and Business partners on defining business needs/requirements for field force automation initiatives.
  • Continually identifies opportunities for operational efficiencies and drives process improvements, to ensure efficiency and significant cost savings.
  • Engages with the industry to learn about best practices to help in building excellence in field enablement technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in Field enablement technologies (Veeva CRM, SFDC, Alignment, Roster) required.
  • 5+ years of sales manager experience preferred.
  • Experience implementing CRM across multiple businesses for the field, Market Access, and MSL.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high performing teams.
  • This candidate will also have demonstrated initiative, creativity, and ability to work in complex, rapidly changing & ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to communicate and interact at all levels from senior management to staff level.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into measurable design goals/input.

The range of starting base pay for this role is 180K - 250K. Actual starting pay will be based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education and location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for participation in either (i) our annual bonus program or (ii) a sales incentive plan.
