We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Patient Care Advocate to join our team. This role focuses on cultivating relationships with our current patient base, tailoring their care plans to achieve optimal outcomes, and driving renewals and upgrades of treatment options. The Patient Care Advocate ensures each patient’s Five Star Experience is seamless and personalized, contributing to both patient satisfaction and clinic success.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain regular communication with current patients to assess progress, address concerns, and recommend adjustments to treatment plans.
Upsell or upgrade treatments by presenting additional medically recommended options to enhance patient results.
Drive patient retention by proactively managing treatment renewals and fostering long-term relationships.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure each patient’s care plan is tailored to their goals and expectations.
Record all patient interactions and updates accurately in Salesforce.
Act as the main point of contact for current patients, providing a seamless and personalized concierge experience.
Support clinic performance goals by contributing to patient satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer retention.
Healthcare or customer service experience preferred.
Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with patients.
Results-driven mindset with a strong ability to upsell and close renewals.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple patient interactions.
Self-motivated and committed to achieving personal and clinic-wide goals.
