Nipro Medical is looking for a data‑savvy, detail orientated Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. In this high‑impact role, you’ll partner closely with sales leadership and operations to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive revenue, efficiency, and smarter decision‑making. This role will be onsite in our Bridgewater location 4 days a week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize sales performance and trends
- Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and sales planning initiatives
- Build and optimize advanced Excel models, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data transformations
- Automate reporting processes
- Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to support various strategic initiatives
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Financial Analysis, Business Intelligence
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Financial Analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
- Solid understanding of financial concepts, especially margin and profitability analysis
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to tell a story with data
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Work on high‑visibility projects that directly impact business performance
- Collaborate with a forward‑thinking, data‑driven sales team
- Gain exposure to strategic decision‑making and advanced analytics
- Work from home Fridays
