Why this Role Matters
As the Manager, Sales Operations – AI & Commercial Enablement, you will help transform Sales Operations within the Consumer division into a strategic, AI-enabled capability that drives commercial performance and execution. Acting as a central partner across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Data & Analytics, and Revenue Growth Management, you will connect strategy, forecasting, and financial insights to drive faster, smarter business decisions.
This is a high-impact individual contributor leadership role responsible for building and scaling capabilities that improve forecast accuracy, optimize trade investment, and strengthen commercial execution.
- Own and continuously improve the commercial forecast that feeds Finance, Supply Chain, and S&OP processes, translating field sales inputs, retailer intelligence, and consumption data into one aligned demand signal.
- Maintain forecast accuracy and credibility through strong data governance, validation, continuous improvement, and incorporation of customer and voice-of-sales insights into long-range planning.
- Lead or influence product allocation decisions during supply constraints and new product launches by balancing customer commitments, promotional activity, service levels, and working capital.
- Partner with Revenue Growth Management and Finance to guide trade and promotional investment decisions using ROI, incremental volume, margin, and risk frameworks.
- Establish KPIs, guardrails, dashboards, tools, and governance frameworks that convert insights into clear actions, accountability, and disciplined commercial execution.
- Serve as the commercial lead and business owner for Sales Operations data and tools, defining business requirements and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain systems.
- Partner with IT, Data & Analytics, and commercial stakeholders to design and implement an AI-enabled Sales Decision Engine that supports forecast generation, trade optimization, scenario planning, promotion ROI modeling, and automated insight-driven decision making.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, strategy/analytics consulting, supply chain, or a related commercial role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into decision-ready insights and actionable recommendations.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on profitability, enterprise outcomes, and value-accretive decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, drive cross-functional alignment, and operate as a neutral, fact-based decision maker across functions.
- High level of accountability, execution discipline, comfort operating in ambiguity, and ability to build new commercial capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Advanced AI skills required.
- Experience with data modeling and analytics tools, including SQL, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms.
- Exposure to forecasting models, trade promotion optimization, and/or scenario modeling tools.
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or retail-facing organizations.
- Experience supporting commercial planning, customer-facing decisions, or enterprise governance across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Data, and/or Revenue Growth Management.
- Experience building scalable, technology-enabled solutions that improve decision speed, quality, and execution discipline.
- This role is eligible for our hybrid work schedule allowing for up to 2 days/week of telecommuting from home and 3 days/week in our Bridgewater, NJ corporate office.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting pay for this role is between $130,000 and $165,000. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives.
