Title:

Work Study Events Production Assistant

Supervised by the Auditorium Technical staff, Event Production Assistants are the primary stage crew for events in the RSU Auditorium and other event spaces throughout the Rondileau Student Union, as well as the Horace Mann Auditorium in Boyden Hall and the Crimson Dining Hall.

• Setup and operation of audio and lighting equipment for live events.
• Assist in the construction of production sets for the Theatre & Dance department.

• Must be a Bridgewater State University undergraduate student registered for a minimum of six credits for the Fall 2026 semester.
• Must have a Work Study award in your financial aid package.

A successful candidate must be able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and have a desire to acquire skills in stage carpentry, lighting design, scenic art, audio mixing, virtual events, peer supervision, and/or production management. Prior experience in any of these areas is helpful.

Ability to lift 25 lbs.
