Client Overview
Our client, a well‑known luxury clothing brand, is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team on a 6‑month contract basis. Candidates must be able to work 40+ hours per week, including a weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), and be flexible to work between 9 am and 9 pm.
Salary/Hourly Rate$18 per hour.
Position OverviewThe Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, escalating issues and ensuring customer loyalty and retention. Candidates must be flexible to work between 9 am and 9 pm, and a weekend day each week.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries, de‑escalate upset customers, troubleshoot orders, and suggest remedies.
- Partner with internal teams to provide customer satisfaction.
- Update the CRM systems for all customer accounts and order information.
- Follow company SOPs and adhere to existing policies.
- At least 1+ year of customer service experience, specifically via phone and email.
- Experience working with a CRM.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in a retail or wholesale company.
- High school diploma required.
