Open Road Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Automotive BDC Appointment Coordinator to join our growing Business Development Center (BDC). As a BDC Appointment Coordinator
, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, helping schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and create an exceptional customer experience that drives dealership success.
- Respond promptly to inbound sales and service leads via phone, email, text, and online chat
- Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments
- Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments, unsold opportunities, and service reminders
- Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service with every interaction
- Accurately document all customer communications in the dealership CRM
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and performance goals
- Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-first attitude
- Previous BDC, call center, customer service, hospitality, or automotive experience is a plus but not required
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and succeed
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled
