Premier Care Dental Management is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Bridgewater, NJ headquarters. This 100% in-person role focuses on identifying, screening, and coordinating placements across a growing organization with 165+ dental offices in the Northeast.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and a minimum of two years in high-volume recruiting is required, ideally with healthcare or dental experience. Proficiency with ATS (Greenhouse) and MS Office is expected.
