This includes but is not limited to facilitation of meetings, holding one on one's with student leaders, oversight of organization operations, and oversight of marketing efforts. The Graduate Assistant will also be an active participant in the recruitment and training of new student leaders who will serve on PC, actively support the leadership development of the members of Program Council and creating opportunities for such development when possible.

They will assist with the management and coordination of the University Mascot program, assist in the planning process of student programs, and provide event coverage when deemed necessary, including nights and weekends. They will support and connect with a caseload of assigned established student organizations, educate and enforce University/CSE policies/procedures in relation to student leaders and Program Council, assist with CSE related trainings, workshops, and retreats for registered student organizations, support and guide student organizations through the re-registration and recognition process, and provide day of event support for events such as The Crimson Experience, Homecoming, Admitted Student Days, and other Programs and Events throughout the academic year when not conflicting with class schedule, including nights and weekends.

They will serve as a role model for students and assist with furthering the mission of the department through other programmatic duties and special projects as they arise during the academic year.
