Implementation of the Faith in Prevention/School Wellness Networks. Recruiting collaborative partners and collaborative sites, leading education outreach, and support activities. The role coordinates cohort and network logistics, delivers evidence based curriculum, supports participant engagement and retention, and ensures program activities align with project goals.

• Experience with community nutrition outreach
• Minimum of a bachelors degree or the equivalent experience and/or education.

Certified CDC Lifestyle Coach certification required

• Experience in community education about chronic health conditions (e.g. Diabetes)

Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station, Cooperative Extension Department of Family and Community Health Sciences is currently looking to hire a Class 8 Coadjutant Non-Teaching position to support the Rural Health Transformation Grant.

This is a grant-funded position, employment in this position is contingent upon the availability of funds. This position will expire once the grant has ended.

Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
