The Clinical Training Manager will deliver industry leading training and develop strategies to increase learning effectiveness within the scope of services of Syneos Health and client teams. Reporting into the National Program Director, this position requires high-initiative; as this individual will create, define and drive learning strategy, to lead the approach for training and deliver expected outcomes. This individual will design specific training programs and provide oversight of content development, learning effectiveness and demonstrate process efficiency while interacting and training high-level clinical professionals, internal stakeholders and client groups.

Key Duties:
- Responsible for all required training materials and/or home study materials necessary for initial new hire training, annual training and follow-up training classes for multiple franchises with excellent facilitation and platform skills through various mediums including live classroom training, virtual sessions, meetings, teleconferences, and workshops.
- Utilize a learning environment enriched with adult learning principles to enable optimal learning retention and application
- Development of materials may include PowerPoint Presentations, manuals, job-a-ids, online tutorials and maintaining specific curricula to reflect trends in the clinical arena, home educational visits and healthcare.
- Conducts Needs Analysis with Subject Matter Experts and Client Groups to determine learning and application gaps.
- Design learning content from scratch using ADDIE Methodology.
- Complete comprehensive and timely updates to course materials, acting as a Subject Matter Expert, to reflect not only changes in the healthcare and clinical environments, but to ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and business conduct standards.
- Provide actionable evaluations and feedback to trainees, their superior, and any additional appropriate clients and stakeholders in a comprehensive and timely manner.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and leadership to develop comprehensive on-boarding and advanced learning curricula through the use of technology and materials to meet all stakeholder needs; including but not limited to – new product launch materials, new hire materials, leader guides,and train the trainer materials.
- Define measures to assess, monitor, and report on the effectiveness and impact of training interventions as well as opportunities for improvement and refinement based on those metrics.
- Identify the business processes and actions where a team needs to excel in order to achieve its strategic goal.
- Interface with field clinical management, leadership and all internal support teams to drive client results and satisfaction.
- Maintains a current Training Plan and Matrix to ensure all goals and objectives are implemented.
- Coordinate Syneos Health home-study materials and schedule access and documentation of training completion through Learning Management System.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the latest clinical information to optimize the delivery and relevance of training materials and programs.
