Building Envelope Engineer | Project Manager

We’re looking for a driven Building Envelope Engineer / Project Manager who’s ready to take full ownership of meaningful, real-world projects. This role is a blend of design, investigation, and hands‑on field work across structures that range from brand-new construction to buildings over a century old.

You’ll step into a key position where your expertise in building codes, renovation practices, and material systems will directly shape the solutions we deliver. Expect to be involved in everything from design calculations, drawings, and specifications to bid assistance and construction administration.

You’ll not only manage projects —you’ll manage relationships. Collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams will be a big part of your day, along with opportunities to participate in business development and help strengthen long-term partnerships.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline
• 4+ years of experience in Building Technology, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering
• E.I.T. Required;
  
  P.E. Preferred
• Strong understanding of building envelopes, modern materials, and restoration challenges
• A communicator who enjoys taking the lead and seeing projects through to success
