Oversee standard costing systems, calculate the cost of finished goods, and perform detailed inventory valuations and reconciliations.
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including preparing journal entries and reconciliations for balance sheets and income statements.
Analyze discrepancies between actual production costs and budgeted/standard costs (e.g., labor, materials, and overhead) to identify operational inefficiencies.
Assist in preparing annual operating budgets and provide financial insights to support management in capital investment decisions.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing organization
- Proficiency with integrated ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
