Position SummaryAs the Finance Associate, you will assist the Finance function and R&D Leadership Team on budget management to track delivery of Nutrition & Health R&D objectives and portfolio output within Budget and plans. You will ensure process efficiencies, implement improvements, and maintain an effective and compliant control environment. This role works closely with other Finance teams within Nutrition & Health and the broader R&D Community to create synergies and common WOWs.

Nutrition & Health Leadership teamand across
Categories by leveraging
I2L,data analysis and reporting(including PCA in Management Letter). - Support E2E Fixed Asset Management process, from control on CAPEX Envelope,totimelycapitalization of assets and Depreciation simulations.
- Assist Finance Lead on obtain insights regarding
I&RFinancials and R&D Costs towards
Business P&L ( iNNS , %
CMC,%
COP1), to understand Return of Investment (ROI) andhow accretive/dilutivethe portfolio is. - P rovide communication of budgeting cycle for quarter end and preliminary next-year budget.
- On a monthly basis,preparebudgetreview meetings with the different
R&D Leaders. - Conduct on going support to the Finance Lead, track relevant information, deliver on ad-hoc requests and createappropriateanalysis.
- Adhere to auditable processes and compliance.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Master Degreein Business, Finance, or related field process oriented.
- Proficiency in prompting andusage of AI tools(Co-Pilot)
- Proficiency in Power queries and DAX and Power-bi Dashboard development.
- High levelofproficiencyin
Microsoft
Package (Excel,PowerPoint and Word) is required.
- Speed, independence, curiosity, proactivity,and willingness to learn are essential. Ability to receive feedback from different stakeholders and translate/applythem in the different waysof working.
- Strong team player able to communicate complex business decisions to a diverse audience.
- Highlyproficientcommunication skills (both verbal& written) to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to enable process improvements.
- Organizationandabilityto effectively manage and prioritize workload to meet business needs.
- Innovative and process orientated mentality with strong data management and analytical abilities.
- Proven ability to develop andmaintainsolid intra-and inter-departmental / cross-functional relationships.
- Ability to draw conclusion sand make decisions with incomplete and ambiguous data.
The approximate pay range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
