Position: Carvykti Financial  Analyst

Carvykti Financial Analyst (Finance – Bridgewater, NJ)

Role Overview

Performing in a fast‑paced environment, the BCMA Commercial Financial Analyst will be supporting our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities. This role will involve close collaboration with Legend’s business teams and will require strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and analysis of complex financial reports, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Performing detailed variance analysis and trend identification to assess financial performance and highlight key drivers influencing results.
  • Developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and investment evaluation.
  • Partnering with business units and senior management to provide financial guidance, recommendations, and support for strategic initiatives.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support month‑end close activities with the accounting team as requested.
  • Aid in ensuring adherence to key controls and compliance requirements by assisting with documentation and internal audits.
  • Other analytical and reporting tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; a major in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Mathematical/Analytical progression certification/qualification.
  • 3‑5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
  • FP&A or business partnering experience in a matrix environment.
  • Prior life sciences industry experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of SOX financial controls on Accounting and Reporting processes preferred.
  • Ability to partner and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint & PowerBI; experience with financial planning software a plus.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial information into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of common business and financial drivers, financial statement analysis, and deep‑deep analysis.
  • Experience in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis and project management.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Proficient in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and advanced Excel. Experience with S4 Hana and One Stream is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $68,045 - $89,308 USD. Additional compensation may include performance‑based bonus and/or equity for eligible roles. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, paid time off, holidays, flexible spending and health savings accounts, and additional voluntary benefits.
