Position OverviewResponsible for providing exceptional service to all existing and potential clients. Manage the full client experience efficiently by identifying cross-sell opportunities, making referrals, executing service requests, and handling transactions. Assume management responsibilities within approved limits in the absence of senior staff. Candidates must have strong communication skills, enthusiasm, tech savviness, and a willingness to exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver service to clients in the manner they prefer while demonstrating all required service protocols and best practices.
- Learn current branch technology and encourage clients to use it, introducing and educating them on ease of use.
- Develop, expand, and manage consumer and business account relationships to meet client needs for financial products.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and regular sales meetings.
- Understand partner roles and all PGB products and services to uncover expressed and unexpressed client needs.
- Open all products offered such as checking, money market, CDs, IRAs, Net Table, debit cards, and complete credit card and loan applications.
- Process a variety of transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payment processing, IRAs, CDs, closings, and maintenance to meet daily client needs.
- Provide supervisory overrides and review of transactions in the absence of senior staff.
- Assist daily branch operations including reporting, audits, proving the main cash vault, preparing cash for shipments, and ordering coin and currency as needed.
- Ensure all work is processed and proofed at day end.
- Maintain confidentiality of the bank and its clients while providing courteous and efficient service.
- Apply critical thinking to identify solutions, conclusions, and approaches to problem solving.
- Comply with all internal policies and external regulations, applying policy knowledge in real situations.
- Stay current with banking regulations (Reg. DD, Reg. CC, BSA, CRA, Right to Financial Privacy Act, FDIC insurance, etc.).
- Operate with agility and adaptability, responding to changing priorities and business needs.
- Demonstrate curiosity and a learning mindset, continuously improving and growing.
- Utilize AI and technology tools responsibly to enhance productivity and decision-making.
- Show ownership and critical thinking, using sound judgment to solve problems and deliver results.
- Deliver white‑glove hospitality, providing thoughtful, proactive, and personalized service in every interaction.
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Flexible to work within banking hours: M, T, W, F from 8:30 am to 5 pm;
Th from 8:30 am to 6 pm;
Sat from 8:30 am to 12 pm. - Customer experience in retail or hospitality preferred; banking experience a plus.

- Notary Public commission.
- Assists branch management, community bankers, and commercial loan officers on business calls with existing and potential new clients.

Approximate pay range: $41,556 to $48,000, plus performance-based incentives. Final compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, location, and other factors.
