Position Overview
Responsible for providing exceptional service to all existing and potential clients. Manage the full client experience efficiently by identifying cross‑sell opportunities, making referrals to partnering business lines, executing service requests and transactions. Assume management responsibilities within approved limits in the absence of the Retail Private Banker and Retail Client Experience Manager. Candidates must have strong communication skills, enthusiasm, technological savviness, and the ability to recognize sales and deposit growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver service to clients in the manner they want to be treated while demonstrating all required protocols and best practices.
- Learn current branch technology and encourage clients to use it; introduce and educate them on its ease of use.
- Develop, expand, and manage consumer and business account relationships, focusing on meeting client needs for financial products.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and regular sales meetings.
- Understand partners’ roles and all products and services offered to uncover expressed and unexpressed client needs.
- Proficiently open products such as checking, money market, CDs, IRAs, Neteller, debit cards, and complete credit card and loan applications.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, IRAs, CDs, and account maintenance.
- Provide supervisory overrides and review of transactions in the absence of the Retail Private Banker and Retail Client Experience Manager.
- Assist with daily branch operation, including reporting, audits, cash vaulting, preparing cash for shipments, and ordering coin and currency as needed.
- Ensure all work is processed and finalized at day’s end.
- Maintain confidentiality of the bank and its clients while providing courteous and efficient service, anticipating client needs when promoting products and services.
- Apply critical thinking to identify solutions and approaches to problem‑solving.
- Comply with all internal policies and external regulations; demonstrate knowledge of policies and procedures in real situations.
- Stay current with banking regulations (Reg. DD, Reg. CC, BSA, CRA, Right to Financial Privacy Act, FDIC mandates, etc.).
- Operate with agility and adaptability, responding effectively to changing priorities.
- Demonstrate curiosity and a learning mindset, continuously seeking improvement.
- Utilize AI and technology responsibly to enhance productivity and decision‑making.
- Show ownership and critical thinking, using sound judgment to solve problems and deliver results.
- Deliver white‑glove hospitality, providing thoughtful, proactive, and personalized service in every interaction.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Customer experience in retail or hospitality preferred; banking experience a plus.
- Must be flexible to work within our banking hours:
- Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Thu: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
- Sat: 8:30 am – 12:00 pm
- Ability to go the extra mile to fulfill client needs.

- Notary Public commission.
- Assists Branch Management, Community Bankers, and Commercial Loan Officers on business calls to existing and potential new clients.
