Overview
Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services for individuals, companies, and institutions. This role supports multiple Financial Advisors by providing client service support and helping meet enterprise strategic objectives.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent client service to the bank's clients through educating them on all of the bank's services and banking offerings.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials and follow up on all client and Financial Advisor requests.
- Assist with ensuring practices are in alignment with the bank's policies and procedures.
- Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships and promote incorporation of banking into day‑to‑day practices.
- Support day‑to‑day team activities and needs, covering roles in times of absence or seasonal increases.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and focus on results.
- Client‑centric mindset, always acting in the client’s best interest.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Currently holds or is pursuing FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and/or Series 66 (63 and 65 accepted in lieu of 66).
- Industry knowledge and understanding of investment products.
- Experience working with clients, delivering complex solutions, and providing excellent client experience.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
- Detail oriented, continuous learning, sound judgment, discretion with sensitive information.
- Strong computer skills:
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce. - Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum:
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Full‑time, 1st shift (U.S.) 37.5 hours per week. Remote employees may be required to work onsite.
PayHourly: $25.00 – $44.00, based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible.
