Based in Bridgewater, NJ, this role is part of the Finance team.
Role OverviewPerforming in a fast‑paced environment, the commercial financial analyst will support FP&A activities, collaborate with business teams, and analyze financial data with precision.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and analysis of complex financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Detailed variance analysis and trend identification to assess performance.
- Developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models for strategic planning.
- Partnering with business units and senior management to provide financial guidance.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting.
- Support month‑end close activities with accounting.
- Assist with documentation and internal audits to ensure key controls and compliance.
- Other analytical and reporting tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
- Experience in FP&A or business partnering in a matrix environment.
- Life sciences industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of SOX financial controls and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI; experience with financial planning software a plus.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across all organization levels.
- Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and project management.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel; S/4 HANA and One Stream experience a plus.
Base pay range: $68,045 – $89,308 USD.
Other types of pay: performance‑based bonus and/or equity.
