Met Life’s US Actuarial Development Program offers rotation across core actuarial areas and exposure to senior management. Participants (actuarial students) rotate roughly every two years within RIS/S , tackling BAU work and ad hoc projects while pursuing SOA exams.
The ADP supports exam study days, reimbursements, and salary increases, with a hybrid in-office expectation of at least 3 days per week in Massachusetts.
