This includes autologous, allogeneic, and in vivo cell therapy approaches across various platforms like CAR-T, TCR-T, and NK cell-based therapies. Legend Biotech has a strategic global collaboration with Johnson & Johnson to develop and commercialize CARVYKTI®.

This Finance Management Leadership Development Program is an early career initiative designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential professionals, cultivate enterprise-minded leaders, and enable them to significantly influence financial strategy and operations within a rapidly evolving biotech environment.

  Accelerate the growth of high-potential professionals and influence financial strategy and operations within a fast-growing biotech organization.
• Tech Stack:
  Enterprise technology automation, visualization, and analytics solutions

• Lead strategic rotations:
  Oversee and actively participate in 3-4 strategic rotations, each lasting 8-12 months, across key finance functions such as Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Corporate Finance, and Internal Audit.
• Build expertise:
  Develop deep technical expertise and a broad enterprise perspective by engaging in high-impact business experiences throughout the program.
• Engage in leadership development:
  Benefit from executive mentorship and a dedicated Leadership Development Series, focusing on skills from leading self and others to influencing senior stakeholders.
• Influence financial strategy:
  Directly influence financial strategy and finance operations within a fast-growing, innovation-driven biotechnology organization.
• Drive business outcomes:
  Contribute to and drive enterprise-wide business outcomes, shaping the future of Legend Biotech through strategic financial impact.

• Background:
  Recent MBA graduate (Class of 2022–2026) with an aspiration to grow into Sr. Manager/Manager-level and broader enterprise finance leadership roles.
• Experience:
  
  3-5 years of direct professional finance or accounting experience, demonstrating progressive responsibility, critical thinking, and analytical rigor.
• Skills:
  
  Strong sense of ownership, financial modeling, problem-solving, collaborative team player, keen attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Bonus:
  Concentration in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred; demonstrated skills in developing, implementing, and utilizing enterprise technology automation, visualization, and analytics solutions to enhance finance operations, productivity, and performance.
