Senior Director Gross-to-Net Forecasting

Senior Director of Gross-to-Net (GTN) Forecasting responsible for leading and overseeing the end-to-end GTN forecasting processes and financial reporting for the U.S. pharmaceutical portfolio. Key responsibilities include establishing forecasting standards, managing models for rebates, chargebacks, patient assistance, and other price concessions, and serving as the senior finance partner to Market Access, Pricing, Legal, and Accounting teams. The role involves analyzing variances, assessing market and contract impacts, contributing to long-range planning, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and SOX.

• Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of progressive finance, forecasting, or accounting experience, specifically in pharmaceutical GTN mechanics;
• Proven senior leadership with executive exposure;
• Deep knowledge of U.S. pharma pricing, payer dynamics, and contracting structures;
• Advanced financial modeling and ERP system proficiency (e.g., SAP).
