We seek a Pharmacy Delivery Driver to support all functions of the Genoa mental health pharmacy, primarily through dispensing medical prescriptions and performing necessary clerical duties while under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.
Hours: Monday through Friday with 8‑hour shifts between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, with lunch from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm.
Location: 500 N. Bridge St., Suite 104A, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Responsibilities include local deliveries with a company vehicle within a 30‑mile radius.
Primary Responsibilities- Coordinate delivery routes.
- Provide timely and accurate completion of deliveries in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Verify receipt and provide signature for receipt of items delivered.
- Process any required paperwork according to established procedures.
- Maintain the delivery vehicle.
- Return attempted deliveries to the pharmacy according to pharmacy policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and clinic staff.
- Order, receive, and store incoming pharmacy supplies.
- Receive and process wholesaler medication orders.
- Assist the Pharmacist in pharmacy functions to keep the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements.
- Perform various clerical duties related to the department.
- Communicate with strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or GED (or higher).
- Ability to deliver to pharmacies within a 35‑mile radius.
- Ability to read and follow maps and directions to customer locations.
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid U.S. driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of New Jersey.
- Previous experience as a company courier or driver.
- Data entry skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
Pay ranges from $16.00 to $25.05 per hour based on full‑time employment. Additional benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase opportunities, and 401(k) contribution. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
