Position: Product Marketing Manager (Renal)

Renal Product Marketing Manager — North America

Business Area: Nipro Medical Corporation (NMC)

Location: Bridgewater, NJ or Remote (with a minimum of 25% travel)

Reports to: Director of Marketing, NMC North America

Position Summary: Lead product marketing for the company’s renal portfolio across the United States and Canada. Drive go-to-market strategy, product positioning, value messaging, clinical and commercial enablement, and cross-functional launch execution to grow market share, support sales, and meet customer needs in dialysis/nephrology settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own North America product marketing initiatives and programs to drive growth and profitability for all Renal products within the organization.
  • Create compelling product positioning, value propositions, messaging, and differentiation based on clinical evidence, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Lead product launches and commercialization activities: launch plans, pricing input, promotional materials, training, sales tools, digital marketing or social media campaigns, and post-launch performance tracking.
  • Drive customer and market research (HCP interviews, KOL engagement, market sizing, payer landscape, voice of customer) to inform strategy and product roadmaps.
  • Conduct field training and visiting HCPs and staff to establish good working relationships.
  • Build strong partnerships with key accounts or strategic customers and initiate co-marketing opportunities for long term sales and market share growth.
  • Translate clinical data and regulatory constraints into compliant, clear marketing materials working closely with clinical affairs, regulatory, and legal teams.
  • Produce sales enablement and field training content (presentations, clinical summaries, case studies, ROI models) and collaborate with sales to optimize territory tactics and adoption.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams (R&D, clinical, regulatory, reimbursement, sales, supply chain, customer success) to execute product initiatives on time and on budget.
  • Track product performance and KPIs (revenue, market share, adoption, usage metrics) and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support pricing and reimbursement strategies by providing market and competitive intelligence and customer economics.
  • Represent marketing in customer-facing settings: trade shows, advisory boards, key account meetings, and clinical conferences as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4–7+ years product marketing, product management, or commercial experience in medical devices, renal care, dialysis, or related healthcare segments.
  • Strong understanding of the renal/nephrology clinical environment, stakeholder landscape (nephrologists, dialysis nurses, clinic administrators, procurement, payers), and care pathways.
  • Proven experience leading product launches and commercial programs in North America.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate clinical evidence into value-based messaging and sales tools.
  • Experience working with regulatory and legal teams to develop compliant promotional materials.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to interact credibly with clinicians and executives.
  • Proficiency in English;
    French or advanced bilingual ability (English/French) for Canada-facing activities a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MPH) or clinical background a plus.
