Our paid summer internship places you at the heart of Syneos Health’s Global Risk Management & REMS (GRMR) organization. Over 10 ‑ 12 weeks you will rotate through Strategy, Implementation, Account Management, Engagement Center, and Technology Solutions teams, gaining end ‑ to ‑ end exposure to the design, launch, and operation of additional risk ‑ minimisation measures worldwide.
Responsibilities- Analyse post ‑ marketing safety data and literature to inform aRMM/REMS strategy.
- Draft educational materials, SOP snippets, and regulatory submission documents that underpin risk ‑ minimisation programmes.
- Prepare KPI dashboards, compliance reports, and presentation decks for governance meetings with sponsors and regulators.
- Current enrolment in an accredited Pharm
D, Master’s, or PhD program (pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, public health, epidemiology, data science, or related). - Completion of at least one pharmacovigilance, or regulatory ‑ science course by internship start.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).
- Legally authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the internship; remote ‑ friendly within the U.S.
Candidates must be currently enrolled full time in Spring/Summer or Spring/Fall ’26 semesters. The Commercial Summer Intern Program runs from May to August 2026, and all positions will work full time (up to 40 hours per week).
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $28-$30/hr. and will vary based on the candidate’s semesters completed in school.
