JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled Per Diem Orthopedic Home Physical Therapist to support patients in Somerset County, primarily during home visits after total hip and knee replacements and other orthopedic conditions.
You will evaluate and treat patients in their homes, with a goal of transitioning to JAG outpatient locations for continuity of care. Strong orthopedic rehab skills, compassionate care, and ability to work independently are essential.
