CNA/HHA - $20 to $23/Hour - Flexible Shifts

SYNERGY Home Care is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) in Bridgewater, MA

Your Role

Provide compassionate, non-medical support to clients in their homes while helping them maintain their comfort, safety, and independence. Duties may include:

• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities

• Supporting mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding as needed

• Performing light housekeeping

• Helping with daily routines

• Following care plans and communicating client needs

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HHA certification

• Previous caregiving experience preferred

• Dependable, patient, and compassionate

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
