- Healthcare administrative experience required.
- Experience with provider enrollment and/or credentialing preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Complete provider enrollment applications with commercial and government insurance carriers.
- Maintain provider credentialing and recredentialing files.
- Track application status and follow up with insurance companies.
- Maintain accurate provider records and documentation.
- Assist with provider updates, renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Communicate professionally with insurance carriers, providers, and internal staff
