Summary of Position

You will elevate our guests' mornings, evenings, and events with your smile and energy. As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you will play an essential role in setting up, servicing, and breaking down breakfast and banquet spaces to ensure seamless and memorable experiences for every guest.

As a Server, you will:

• Set up and break down banquet and event spaces
  , including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and service stations according to event orders and brand standards
• Prepare and maintain breakfast and event areas
  , ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness for service
• Assist with food and beverage setup, service, and cleanup for meetings, social events, and daily breakfast offerings
• Communicate closely with the kitchen and event teams to ensure timely and accurate service
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor
• Demonstrate a true desire to satisfy the needs of others and deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Complete prep duties to set up the next day’s team for success
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Keys to Success

• A great attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Customer service experience required, preferably in a hotel or event setting
• Ability to lift, move, and set up banquet equipment safely
• Must have the ability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to communicate effectively and courteously
