We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Administrator to join our team and ensure a seamless experience for every candidate placed through Binding Minds.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate background checks, drug screens, credential verifications, and I-9s.
- Communicate with candidates regularly to provide guidance, answer questions, and ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks.
- Partner with recruiters, account managers, and compliance teams to ensure smooth transitions from offer acceptance to start date.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our central repository system.
- Identify and resolve onboarding issues quickly and professionally.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience by fostering clear, empathetic, and proactive communication.
- Previous experience in onboarding, HR coordination, compliance, or staffing industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport with candidates.
