About The Role
The Senior Associate, Talent Discovery & Selection (TDS) Operations plays a key role in the day-to-day utilization of Insmed's recruiting technology ecosystem to aid in operational efficiency and an exceptional talent experience. Responsible for optimizing TDS technologies, implementing automated recruiting workflows, transitioning manual processes, and supporting adoption of solutions that enhance recruiter productivity, hiring manager engagement, and candidate experience.
What You’ll Do- Partner with People Operations/HR Optimization, IT, vendors, and TDS leadership to continuously improve recruiting operations through technology and automation.
- Help maximize the TDS technology stack (Workday Recruiting, conversational AI, candidate relationship management systems, prioritization tools, and future recruiting technologies).
- Use reporting and analytics to measure adoption, effectiveness, and business impact of recruiting technologies and operational improvements.
- Serve as the day-to-day coordinator for the TDS technology ecosystem.
- Identify operational efficiencies and recommend scalable process improvements.
- Develop and maintain TDS dashboards, scorecards, and operational reporting.
- Manage the new hire orientation program.
- Provide backup support for interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and onboarding during high-volume periods.
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience supporting Talent Acquisition technology, recruiting operations, HR technology, or People Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- Experience administering/supporting Workday Recruiting, conversational AI, candidate relationship management systems, prioritization tools, and other recruiting technologies.
- Experience improving business processes through technology, workflow optimization, or automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel capabilities.
- Master’s degree with concentration in data analytics or related.
- Hybrid role based in Bridgewater, NJ; remote most of the time; onsite Mondays and Tuesdays; bi-weekly onsite for new hire orientation.
- Minimal travel expected.
- Pay range: $–$ annual.
