An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the technical lead on projects in the capacity of customer-façing individual contributor, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members.

Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. May work at various unanticipated locations throughout U.S. May telecommute. )

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Computer Engineering Consultant-related occupation.

• Java, J2EE, REST APIs;
• Oracle Banking Platform (OBP) product customizations;
• Oracle FUSION products including Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle BPM and Oracle Weblogic;
• OBP UI extensibility patterns;
• Oracle proprietary products like JDeveloper IDE, Oracle ADF, OJET;
• Oracle Unified Method (OUM);
• ORM tools (Hibernate, JPA);
• XML-related technologies (XML, DTD, XSLT, XQuery, XPath);
• Performance analysis using tools like Dynatrace; and,
• Oracle PL SQL and query performance tuning.

Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $150,550 - $178,999 per year. May be eligible for bonus and/or equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

• Paid time off:
  Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
  
  Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
