Overview
Location:
Bridgewater, NJ - Onsite Tue, Wed, and Thu (Monday and Friday Remote)
Looking for an enterprise BA role across Marketing, IT, Product, and CX teams.
Responsibilities- Work with the various areas of business, lead discovery workshops between Marketing, Product, IT/Data team etc.
- Gather requirements.
- Document End-to-end business processes (customer lifecycle journey maps)
- Document Business and Functional requirements
- Work with the business and IT team to clarify any questions and act as liaison.
- Coordinate and facilitate the UAT
- Experience working in Agile framework is a plus.
- Understanding of Bynder - Digital Asset Management tool
- Business knowledge of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and CX is a plus
