We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Now Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex Service Now solutions for our organization. As a Senior Service Now Architect, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into innovative, scalable, and high-performing Service Now configurations, customizations, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Service Now platform, extensive experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, and a proven track record of successful Service Now implementations.

• Solution Design:
  Lead the end-to-end solution design process for Service Now implementations, considering business requirements, technical constraints, and best practices.
• Architecture Development:
  Design and architect scalable and efficient Service Now solutions that meet current and future business needs while adhering to industry standards and security best practices.
• Platform Customization:
  Customize and configure Service Now applications and modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Service Catalog, Service Portal, HR Service Delivery, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
• Integration:
  Design and implement integrations between Service Now and other systems, using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods to ensure seamless data exchange and process flow.
• Governance and Best Practices:
  Establish and maintain Service Now governance processes, development standards, and best practices for the organization.
• Performance Optimization:
  Identify opportunities for performance optimization and scalability improvements and guide development teams in implementing the necessary changes.
• Security and Compliance:
  Ensure that Service Now solutions meet security requirements and compliance standards, and provide expertise on security best practices.
• Technical Leadership:
  Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, assisting with complex technical challenges and mentoring less experienced developers.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay up-to-date with the latest Service Now releases, features, and industry trends, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Service Now capabilities within the organization.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other IT teams to ensure alignment of Service Now solutions with business objectives.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Extensive experience as a Service Now Architect, leading multiple large-scale Service Now implementations.
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are preferred.
• Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and Service Now platform capabilities.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions using various Service Now modules and applications.
• Deep understanding of ITIL framework and best practices, and the ability to align Service Now solutions with ITIL principles.
• Experience in Service Now integration, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive successful project outcomes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
