SAP HANA CONSULTANT

Onsite/Hybrid:
Remote

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO modules (FI – GL, AP, AR, AA; CO – CCA, PCA, COPA, Internal Orders)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment for new implementations and enhancements
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR, BW, S/4
  
  HANA)
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP FICO processes
• Conduct end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
• Drive process improvements and automation in financial operations
• Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and S/4
  
  HANA transformation projects
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership in SAP FICO projects

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support

• General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA)
• Controlling (CO) modules:
  Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, COPA
• Integration with MM, SD, PP, HR, and BW
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance (preferred)
• Knowledge of financial reporting, closing processes, and compliance standards
• Strong skills in configuration, testing, and documentation

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP FICO or S/4
  
  HANA Finance
• Experience with SAP Fiori apps and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Exposure to global rollouts, multi-currency, and multi-country implementations
• Familiarity with taxation, IFRS/GAAP compliance, and audit processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in fast-paced, global enterprise environments
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Candidates must be eligible for new H-1B filing
• OPT, STEM OPT, CPT (with required experience), H-1B transfer
